V. Volunteer Subsidies and Guarantees
1. Service subsidies
The foundation provides a service subsidy of 80 yuan per day for volunteers who participate in the entire volunteer service process, to compensate for costs such as transportation and meal expenses.
Subsidies are calculated based on actual service days and disbursed upon completion of the service cycle along with service certificates.
A single service duration exceeding 4 hours is counted as half a day, while exceeding 6 hours is counted as a full day.
2. Safeguard Measures
Volunteers may participate in professional training programs organized by the foundation, including medical and psychological training, free of charge.
During the service period, the necessary protective supplies and work security provided by the foundation shall be enjoyed.
VI. Rights and Obligations of Volunteers
1. Volunteer Rights

Authorized to obtain the foundation's service requirement list and project background materials, and to independently decide on participation or withdrawal from service programs.

Request the foundation to coordinate and resolve legal disputes or personal safety issues in services, and reject any form of discrimination or insulting treatment.
Service may be terminated and complaints may be filed if the service recipient exhibits inappropriate behavior.

3. Volunteer Obligations

It is strictly prohibited to disseminate illegal content (including political, violent, or religious propaganda) during services. Fabrication of service records to fraudulently obtain honor certifications is also forbidden.

No form of financial gifts (including red envelopes and gift cards) shall be accepted from service recipients. Commercial collaborations or fundraising kickbacks through service relationships are strictly prohibited.

Patient medical records are restricted to internal transmission within the medical team.
